We're kicking off 2025 in Brussels, Belgium, at FOSDEM. FOSDEM is Europe's largest FOSS event. We attended FOSDEM in 2024, and it was a great time, meeting so many people, having great conversations, and, of course, food. While we don't have a talk or booth this year, we have two Birds of a Feather rooms that will be an opportunity to meet others and share the work that we're doing.
In our first room, Open-Hardware E Ink Devices with Modos: Discussion & Demos, we will show our Paper Monitor based on Caster and Glider. It can achieve 60hz, is compatible with e-ink screens of different sizes, monochromes, and color. Join us to see the Paper Monitor, talk, and ask any questions you may have.
Patchouli: Open-Source EMR Drawing Tablet is a NLnet-sponsored project we are collaborating with. Patchouli focuses on creating an open-source electro-magnetic drawing tablet hardware implementation. We will have a small scale test board for people to try and and experiment.
Beyond the Birds of Feather rooms, we'll attend different talks throughout the conference, including the NGI Zero network meetup BOF! We'll also submit a proposal for a Lightning Lightning Talk.
